Located in Palmira, Mendoza, Argentina, Dervinsa is a biorefinery with nearly 100 years of history. Specializing in the upcycling of wine biomass residues, it transforms grape pomace and lees into bioproducts such as tartaric acid, cream of tartar, grape seed oil (crude and refined), wine alcohols, compost, and substrates.

Founded in 1965 and based in Chile, Vinicas is the country's largest producer of tartaric acid, cream of tartar, refined grape seed oil, neutral ethyl alcohol from wine, wine distillates, brandy, and plant compost. Its commitment to quality and sustainability positions it as a leader in the industry.

Located in Avinyonet del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain, Cades Penedès was founded in 1972. The company is dedicated to the comprehensive treatment of wine industry residues to obtain products such as alcohol for energy or industrial use, grape seed oil, and calcium tartrate. Additionally, it generates electricity from renewable sources, demonstrating its commitment to the environment.
